At Trivanta, we want you to feel fully at ease with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it simple.
📦 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Tags must be intact and the item must be returned in its original packaging

Items must be returned with proof of purchase
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, intimates and underwear are non-returnable unless faulty.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
