FIRST USE OF THE WATCH: Before you use the watch the first time, charge it at least 5 hours in sunlight or 2 days in normal daylight (please make sure, the wristwatch does not overheat). The running time is then approximimately 4 months. Charging regular intervals is necessary to ensure a smooth function. A complete discharge over a longer period of time can damage the cell memory. When the second hand starts to at two-second-intervals, this is a signal that the energy is beginning to run out.
